Industries Acquires First
American Resources Corp.
First
American Resources Corporation, Mableton, Georgia, has been acquired
as part of a joint venture formed between Arrowhead Industries Corporation,
based in Cleveland, Ohio and Huehoco Metalloberflachenveredelung GmbH,
headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany. The new company, First American
Resources Company, LLC will continue to be based in Georgia. Terms
of the acquisition were not disclosed.

Industries Receives U.S. Patent
Arrowhead
Industries Corporation has received a U.S. Patent -- #6,079,160 for
their "lanced stagger with connector" core metal design. The company
specializes in the manufacture of core metal inserts for weatherseals
and the slitting of light gauge strip steel, primarily used for the
automotive marketplace.

Adds Slitting Line
Arrowhead
has added another slitting line to its operations this spring. This
will allow us to further advance our internal slitting capabilities
and assist in our efforts to expand our product offering by including
solid core metals (both coated and uncoated).

Expands Manufacturing and Warehouse Space
Arrowhead has expanded
its manufacturing and warehouse space by 30,000 sq. ft. This new addition
was added to our existing plant 1 and headquarters location and will
house additional warehouse space and our entire slitting operations.
