     First American Resources Corporation, Mableton, Georgia, has been acquired as part of a joint venture formed between Arrowhead Industries Corporation, based in Cleveland, Ohio and Huehoco Metalloberflachenveredelung GmbH, headquartered in Wuppertal, Germany. The new company, First American Resources Company, LLC will continue to be based in Georgia. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

     Arrowhead Industries is the leading global supplier of lanced and stamped core metal inserts to the automotive industry. This privately owned business has strong technological capabilities as well as extensive contacts within the automotive marketplace.

     Huehoco is a privately owned business serving the coil coating industry since 1923. The company operates three coating lines as well as a steel cold rolling mill in Germany. In addition, Huehoco develops custom paints and coatings systems specific to their customers' requirements. They serve over thirty markets including automotive, electronics, building and office supplies.

     First American Resources Corporation holds a strong position in coated metal products for the automotive, appliance trim, and building products markets throughout North America.
