Arrowhead is one of the few core metal insert suppliers with slitting capabilities. Slitting allows us to meet unexpected demand brought about by unforecasted OEM demand or excessive scrap losses at our customers. That provides a customer cost advantage.

2 Slitting lines (AIC)

• 36” Reusch slitter – 1,000 ft/min
• 26” Stamco slitter – 600 ft/min

Lance/Stretch Lines

14 lance/stretch lines (10 @ AIC, 4 @ AIM)

• Build nearly all of production equipment and tooling in-house
• Capacity = 600 million feet per year

Stamping Lines

9 high speed state-of-the-art Bruderer stamping presses (@ AIC)

• Equipped to utilize both double out and triple out stamping dies for increased productivity
• Capacity = 200 million feet per year

Winders

Winders are designed and built in-house.

• Ocillate spool winders
• Flat paddy winders

Welding

Arrowhead has a variety of state of the art welding equipment including CNC TIG welders, flash butt welders, & spot welders.

• 6 CNC TIG (4 @ AIC, 2 @ AIM)
• 11 Flash Butt (10 @ AIC, 1 @ AIM)
• 11 Spot (10 @ AIC, 1 @ AIM)

Shipping & Packaging

Arrowhead has a large fleet of fork lifts used for handling materials. We also have several different packaging options including returnable and disposable options.
